I am married to Candice who makes me laugh every day and is a fantastic mother to our children, Hazel (born 12-27-17) and Charlie (born 12-1-21). I was born in Nebraska. When I was 3 years old my family moved to Little Rock, Arkansas, where we lived until I was about 15 years old when my family moved to Cuero, TX, home of the Fighting Gobblers! I attended Texas A&M University but while attending, I fell away from the faith. I ended up acquiring a job as a restaurant manager for about 10 years, then as a manufacturing supervisor for about 8 years. One day, out of the blue, my wife asked me if we could go to church. I said yes and once I returned, the Lord grabbed ahold of me and would not let go. In 2018 we took the leap and went to seminary. I was ordained on August 14, 2022. My path was not the most conventional, but I am thankful to have traveled it and thankful that it brought me to this spot!
