Director of Student Services
Hello! My name is Brooke Weise, and I am truly honored to serve as the new Director of Student Services at Immanuel. This is my 17th year in education, and throughout my journey, I have been blessed to witness the incredible impact that strong schools, supportive families, and dedicated teachers can have on students' lives.
For 10 years, I taught across a variety of grade levels, and before joining Immanuel, I stepped into administration as an instructional technologist and instructional coach. Those roles gave me the opportunity to partner with teachers and families in meaningful ways, helping to foster learning, growth, and success.
I am also proud to be part of the Lutheran Special Education Ministries (LSEM) team. In my role, I will work closely with teachers, parents, and students by providing consultations, supporting classroom instruction, and coordinating individual and class screenings. My focus is to ensure that every child has access to the tools, strategies, and support they need to thrive in the classroom. My mission aligns deeply with this work: I am here to help every child succeed!
Above all, I believe in the power of teamwork and collaboration. Amazing things happen when we combine our strengths and ideas! By working together as a team, we can promote learning and help our students develop into confident, well-rounded individuals. At the end of the day, true success is seeing every Immanuel student discover their strengths, reach their goals, and continue to grow and thrive. I am excited for this journey at Immanuel and look forward to working side by side with you to support our students and celebrate their achievements.
